Random Ramblings

So right now I am trying VERY hard not to look at reviews of the Mortal Instruments because I want to go in there with a fresh perspective and form my own opinion because I love the series so much.  But let me tell you when bloggers are out there posting their reviews on the movie, it's soooooo HARD not to take a peek and even though it's still only 7 something in the morning I will hold strong and not take a peek.  I will be seeing it this weekend and I definitely can't wait.

So hard.

Super hard.

But I won't Peek.

I will have to stay away from blogs or something lol.

On another note.  I've been reading a lot of New Adult books lately and I have to say they are addicting because they just bring that extra something that young adult books don't have, they aren't as innocent.  It's comforting remembering the days of college, those were the best of times for sure.

This weekend I'm planning on doing something I've never done before also, I'm going hiking, sort of, well hopefully it's not too strenuous because I'm taking my 3yr old and 7yr old.  Time to show them what nature is all about.  Really I just want to see some of the waterfalls and get some good pictures.  Something like this, it's small but still it's beauty and it's peaceful and I need a little of that in my life right now.

It looks pretty right?  But I'm pretty sure that picture had to have been taken in the fall because look at the leaves, right now they are still green.  But fall is quickly coming upon us.  Soon the kids will be back to school, then there will be long nights of homework and school conferences and back to school night and apple picking and pumpkin picking and costume getting.  Lots to do in the fall, I think besides summer (because I can wear flip flops all day long and go to the beach) is one of my favorite seasons.  Winter and Spring are just blah, either too much snow or too much rain.  Let's hope the kids actually have Halloween this year because last year hurricane Sandy got in the way so let's hope for a good one this year!

Random Thoughts and Meme's

I can’t believe it’s already May.  I feel like I was just in Florida on Christmas vacation!  Craziness, anyway there are a lot of things being celebrated this month.  Such as:

Mother’s Day

Memorial Day

Cynthia’s Birthday (My baby will be turning 3!)

Cinco de Mayo (I really really love Mexican food so I’m going all out)

I’m sure there are many other special days, special weeks in May but I can’t really list them all, either way there is a lot going on this month.  Oh yeah and for those of you who are in high school (I miss school) Prom is this month as well.  Mind you I never went to mine cause my boyfriend at the time (who was not in high school) was leaving out of the country the same day as prom, so I didn’t get to go.  Oh wells I’m sure I didn’t miss much.

Funny story – yesterday I was watching Haunted Collector, well my lil munchkin decides to go pull one of the blinds off the window, and she was successful at it.  I go to her and say did you break the blinds, she says no looks to the side and says the man did it.  I said what man, and she’s like the one over there.  (Need I remind you that I’m watching a show with ghosts on it), and I’m like I don’t see anyone there.  She’s like yeah the man in the car and he’s going like this and she pretends to be moving the steering wheel.  I say ok and have to walk away because she slightly freaked me out.  You know kids are more perceptive than grownups; after all they are not jaded with life experiences.  Needless to say I tried very hard not to think of the man standing in my room as per my three year old.

I’ve been reading a lot of New Adult books lately, and I have to say I’m really enjoying the genre because it deals with College life or life after college but not too far along.  It reminds me of the good old days when everything was much simpler.  Anyway I have to say I really do like this genre a lot.  So any suggestions you have on books I should check out make sure you throw them my way.

I missed a lot of things this week because I was busy.  So I’m doing them here right now just for the hell of it.  Here’s a teaser ala teaser Tuesday of a book I’m currently reading:

“Wait, because of the recession?”

“The boy recession,” Hunter corrects me, kicking a stick toward the fire. His sneakers have no laces in them.

“What is the boy recession?”

“You know how all those dudes left our school? Like, the football guys? Eugene calls it the boy recession.”

“And he thinks he has a chance with Bobbi because…”

“He thinks girls are gonna, like, take what they can get, now that there aren’t that many dudes hanging around.”

The Boy Recession by Flynn Meaney  (Kindle Locations 519-524).

Little Brown Books for Young Readers. Kindle Edition.

And then there’s my book I’m waiting for.  I’m waiting for a lot of books but here are some specific ones I’m really looking forward to:

Golden

Release Date May 14, 2013

Seventeen-year-old Parker Frost has never taken the road less traveled. Valedictorian and quintessential good girl, she’s about to graduate high school without ever having kissed her crush or broken the rules. So when fate drops a clue in her lap—one that might be the key to unraveling a town mystery—she decides to take a chance.

Julianna Farnetti and Shane Cruz are remembered as the golden couple of Summit Lakes High—perfect in every way, meant to be together forever. But Julianna’s journal tells a different story—one of doubts about Shane and a forbidden romance with an older, artistic guy. These are the secrets that were swept away with her the night that Shane’s jeep plunged into an icy river, leaving behind a grieving town and no bodies to bury.

Reading Julianna’s journal gives Parker the courage to start to really live—and it also gives her reasons to question what really happened the night of the accident. Armed with clues from the past, Parker enlists the help of her best friend, Kat, and Trevor, her longtime crush, to track down some leads. The mystery ends up taking Parker places that she never could have imagined. And she soon finds that taking the road less traveled makes all the difference.

And then there's stuff on my shelf that I need to get on, my friend actually read this book and she told me I have to pick it up already because it was good.  Have you read it?  What do you think of it?

Updates - Ramblings

I haven't posted in a while, I know it's been all reviews and tours and nothing more.  I've been busy.  My dad was in the hospital for a bit, gave us all quite a scare that's for sure.  But he's doing good right now just taking things one day at a time.  My lack of sleep is starting to catch up with me that's for sure.

On another note I've been in a slump with being all creative and what not.  Completely slacking and procrastinating on the things I need to do.  Have been focusing a lot on my kids party which is next month and I need to get the invitations out this week.  I'm making lollipop invitations, not real ones but paper ones.  Might be too pricey to send out real ones but that would have been cool if I had the money to mail them out.  Anyway, so that's been my focus lately.

You ever get a really strong urge to just start crying, you have no reason it's just an urge and you don't know why?  I know it's not menopause, I'm not that old yet lol.  But something has got my emotions in a funk, like something bad is going to happen I just don't know what.  it could just all be in my head as well though.

So this is my ramblings and I know I haven't rambled in a while and I really don't know if anyone ever bothers but it feels good just getting the stuff out there.  It's now off my shoulders and I can move on to the next issue ...

Fantastic Friday! or is it ....

It’s Friday, finally! All I can think about is finally sleeping past 5 in the morning tomorrow, even if it is only until six or seven thanks to the kiddies. At least it’s an hour more than I would have normally slept. But of course its Spring Forward this weekend so alas I will be losing an hour, until my body gets used to it, it will be like waking up at 4 in the morning to get ready for work. Joy!

So today started out to be a good day because I was downloading some freebies from Amazon – check them out:

Putting Boys on the Ledge (A Girlfriend's Guide to Boys) by Stephanie Row
Impossible (With Me, #1) by Komal Kant

But now I have an amazingly horrible migraine, not the way I want to start my weekend. I’m hoping it will go away before I get out of work. I wish I could just tell people I want to be left along but working in Sales and Customer Service it just doesn’t work that way. Honestly the only thing I can think of right now is curling up in bed with a good book and most likely just falling asleep right then and there because after all it’s still snowing.

TGIF - Ramblings

This morning I hated my alarm clock .... because it woke me up.  How dare it wake me up the way it did.  5:00am, I'm really tired of getting up at that time ... so in conclusion I have my alarm clock, because it did it's job.

.....

You ever wonder how it would feel to be a character in a book.  Think like toy story when toys come to life when we aren't looking.  Well what if books came to life when no one was around.  (When a tree falls and no one is around does it still make a sound?) Any who imagine all the characters are out there living their worlds, and for them it's a reality.  Imagine that.  How strange would that be.  I think I would like to be .... Harry Potter for a day a good day of course, not a bad one.  Or even to flip it around a little, Mr. Darcy just to see how he really thinks and functions on the inside.  Then maybe I'll jump on another adventure and be Juliet from Romeo and Juliet before the tragedy of course.  Wouldn't it be fun to actually live and breathe the time and place of what you are reading.  Right now I'm reading a book and she wants to be an actress so bad, she's on the set of a movie place and honestly I don't think I want her spot the way things are going but wouldn't that be something.  I know we all probably do that anyway imagine the way it is in our minds but imagine it coming to life.

I'm rambling again I know but I'm bored and I just really felt like being in a sharing mood today.  Anyone out there feel the same way?

Valentine's Day! Books I love!

So first off let me say Happy Valentine's to all my readers!  Thank you for stopping by today it's always a pleasure!  So like many people today I'm sure are looking up exactly what is Valentine's Day and why is it now so commercialized.  I did the very common sense thing and went to Wikipedia hehe.  Here's a section on this famous holiday that I actually enjoyed:
The first recorded association of Valentine's Day with romantic love is in Parlement of Foules (1382) by Geoffrey Chaucer.[25] Chaucer wrote:

For this was on seynt Volantynys day
Whan euery bryd comyth there to chese his make.

["For this was on Saint Valentine's Day, when every bird cometh there to choose his mate."]

This poem was written to honor the first anniversary of the engagement of King Richard II of England to Anne of Bohemia.[34] A treaty providing for a marriage was signed on May 2, 1381.[35] (When they were married eight months later, they were each only 15 years old).
I've always enjoyed that era - at least watching movies, hello the Tudors was an amazing series! Any who so today I want to talk about some of my favorite books about love, or just books I love.  Here's my top 5 books that bring the emotion out in me:

1. Just One Day By Gayle Foreman - maybe it's because I just read it and can't get my mind off it, but really what are the chances of something that significant happening the way it did in the book.  I love the love in this book because it is like a stain.  If you've read the book you know what I mean!

2. Endless Summer by Jennifer Echols - usually I would pick any book but I think the love between the two main characters is crazy love, and it's passionate love not physically but emotionally they just want so much so bad, but go about it the wrong way and that's why I love this book.

3. Summer Series by Jenny Hahn - A love triangle at it's best and it's worst, the whole series made me just cry and cry and love and feel and it was just amazing.  Have you read it yet?

4.Something Maybe by Elizabeth Scott - it's a simple love but love it is and it is fierce when realization finally hits the main character.  It was just all around awesome and the guy in this, there need to be more like him around this world, that's for sure.

5. Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins - so I start off with a book that happens in Paris and end off with a book that takes place in Paris.  I really do think Paris might actually be the city of Love after all.  I'll make it there one day, I just know I will.  Amazing book and if you haven't read it, then you must be nuts!

Because I couldn't help it - I have to add an honorable mention because this book reminds me so much of my life at one point and the love these two have is so undeniable even if they are trying to deny it lol.

The Duff by Kody Keplinger - and if you haven't read this one, seriously there's something wrong with you Kody's books are the best I can't wait to read her next one, whenever it comes out.

So there you have my list, I hope you all have a wonderful Valentine's Day and well a great weekend.  I'm going to finish work then go home and eat some of my lovely chocolates :-) after I give the kiddies their gifts of course.

Wonderful Wednesday...

The week is halfway through - thank goodness because I could really use the weekend right about now.  I don't know what it is, maybe it's the time of the year and it's so busy at work but I'm going insane with the absolute need to get away from all of this.  I'm crossing my fingers, because I know I'm ready to make that leap.  I just hope there is someone on the other side to catch me sometime in the near future if you know what I mean lol.

Don't you hate it when you get so mad that tears are bound to happen no matter how much you try and make them not shed, and don't you hate it that when you are trying to yell or prove a point that your voice cracks at the most inopportune time.  Yes that is how my morning has been so far.  I'm tired ... ready to go home.  Or at least go to lunch so I can take a break outside. Get some fresh air, let all the craziness out.

I've been reading a lot of psychological books lately, I'm reading one right now, review to come soon of course.  And it just amazes me how the mind works, and manipulation and how you don't even know you're being manipulated.  It's crazy what people can do.  I think it's a gift, or a curse depending on how you use it.  Some people use it for evil and others for good.  But overall I think it's just whatever is good for them at that moment.  Maybe I'm just jealous that some people can do that.

Oh jealousy, the big green hulk of emotions.  I'm jealous of people who go out there and do things, because honestly I'm just too scared to try and if I think I'm going to fail then I will definitely not try at all.  But I'm ready to take the plunge.  I'm ready for new beginnings in new surroundings and who knows maybe even new friends.  I could use some of those.

I know you're probably wondering what this post is about if you haven't figured it out already.  I'm just having a bad day and needed to let it out.  How about you, how is your day going?  Or even week?  Hopefully better than mine lol.

Fumbling Friday

So I'm here, just fumbling throughout my day with obstacle after obstacle.

First and foremost let me just say TGIF, seriously it's been one of those weeks full of temper tantrums (think door slamming), headaches, annoyances (and that's just from work), too many sleepless nights, hours of homework, food tantrums (and that's just from the kids), then there have been cough coughing all over the place (their daddy).  I Lysol my place a lot because I refuse to get sick this year and knock on wood, so far so good.

So I got word today that my application for BEA 2013 has been declined with no option to contest it.  So that's freaking fabulous right?  It's all good I still have netgalley and whatever :-( It still would have been fun to go, but it's okay I will keep doing my own thing.  I think I get enough books and I have more than enough to read, so I will just save money by not having to go into the city.  Bummer though.

I woke up, no lie with the worst migraine I've had in a while - was even nauseous because of it.  It's slightly better now a couple hours later.

Oh there is no water at work, literally the water is turned off because of a water break in the pipes or something.  Mind you it's 12 degrees outside so I can only imagine all the water main breaks that are starting to happen but really, no water!!! I don't even live close to work so it's not like I can go home and use the bathroom.  Ugh we all have to go through things sometimes right?  Oh well gross but yeah.

There is one good thing though - yes it's Friday.  And even though I have no clue what I'm doing this weekend I'm hoping to have a really good time doing whatever it is.  Maybe I'll finally take the girls bowling.

Also hey can you believe next week is February!  Where did the month go?  I'm even behind on my Goodreads Challenge reading goal lol that's so unlike me.

How about you - how has your week gone?  Anything interesting happen?

Random Ramblings (5)

So it's Thursday ... Yah! One more day closer to the weekend.  You feel me?  I know you do especially if you're sitting at work with not really a lot of work to do and you're trying to pass the time without going insane.  Yes, you know what I mean.

Been contemplating a new Kindle, only because my Kindle fire has become temperamental to which chargers it wants to charge for and it has to be at a specific position or it won't charge.  I feel like back in the day when you had a Nintendo and you had to blow in the cartridges for the game to work, know what I mean?  Ha, I'm sure if you're reading this and you're like whats a Nintendo I may have to put my head down and just go man I'm old lol.  Hey at least I didn't say Atari! Or A-track, is that how it's spelled I don't know I've never seen one of those just like my kids will never see a cassette tape lol.  Oh how the times have changed, but back to my Kindle.  Yes so I'm contemplating the Paper white.  Just read about it on another blog and was contemplating it even more now.  Should I, Shouldn't I?  That is the question.  But then it's like maybe I should get the new kindle fire because it has a camera and how cool would that be.  Eh I don't know maybe someone will gift me one for Christmas.

Speaking of Christmas I was thinking about getting my 2 year old the below for Christmas because she is always on my kindle (that's why I need a backup).

Kurio Kids Tablet with Android 4.0 - 7 inch 4 GB

Does anyone have one, or know anyone who has one?  I just want to know if it's a good idea or not.  Will she not like it because it's not the Kindle.  I don't know.  So hard!

Yesterday I made a cake even though I wasn't feeling too hot, what do you think?  It wasn't my best but again i wasn't feeling well.

Ok enough of the ramblings it's time for me to get some stuff done, maybe.  Who knows, the only thing I feel like doing is curling myself under the covers reading a good book with all the lights off and only the tv playing softly in the background lol.

Random Ramblings

It's been a while.  i don't remember the last time I did this but here I am again rambling on hoping someone out there is actually listening to me.

I can't believe how unbelievably busy I've been lately.  I'm so tired that this morning I literally did not want to get out of bed and was tempted to call out but i could never do that because I'm that person who is always early and never misses a day.  yeah that's me the responsible one, but sometimes I just want to play hooky.  Is that spelled right?  Anyway I'm sure you know what I mean.  I could barely keep my eyes open while I was driving in to work this morning that I'm not sure how exactly I got here and I've still got that sleepy feeling.  Not good.

Maybe it's the weather because all I feel like doing in snuggling under the covers with a really good book and some peace and quiet.  Which I will never get because as I was saying to a friend of mine not too long ago I cannot remember the last time I was completely alone in my house.  It's been years maybe even more.  I can't remember, is that not normal.  I can't say I've never been a lone but it feels that way that's how long it's been.  Weird right.

So this week is fire prevention week (according to the school not sure if it's for real but ya) so we went to this fire safety/prevention week thing.  My favorite thing was that absolutely everything was free.  The kids got prizes and learned some stuff about safety.  Hell even I learned a thing or two.  Like how to handle a fire extinguisher which btw the fire instructor guy was super cute but seriously kept picking on my for the questions, maybe I gave off that I just came here to take the kids somewhere and don't really care vibe.  Well he made me care by picking on me for the answers on everything, but I didn't mind because again A. he was cute and B. I learned something.  Did I say how heavy that extinguisher was, cause man was it heavy.  But now I know how to use one just in case something happens.  Which I don't plan on so cross your fingers.

Um so have I rambled enough for today because I can seriously keep going.  Cause tonight after work I have to go bake cookies, make frosting (I always make my own) and cook dinner (enchiladas beef and chicken, I'm so hungry I can taste them already).  How about you?  What's for dinner or what's on your mind today?

Random Ramblings: Doh!

Have you ever started reading a book, and all of a sudden things sound so familiar, like You've read them before but you continue going anyway because you are so sure you haven't read it before.  because some things seem different.  So you continue reading la di da like nothing is going on and then you come to a part in the book that you distinctly remember as having read it before and it not being the same in any other book you have ever read.  So you look at the cover again, and then you skip ahead a couple chapters and glance at the paragraphs, skip ahead some more and then DOH! You've read this book before!!!! Ugh don't you just hate when that happens?

Has this happened to you before?  It happened to me last night when I was reading the second book in the Forever Summer book by Alyson Noel, which I swore I never read anything by her before this book.  Yeah I just really lied to myself because I actually did read Cruel Summer before.  So funny and so wrong at the same time.  I can't believe I did that hahaha.

Ramblings #3

Is it too early in the week for this?  Maybe, but I don't really care.

Sometimes I feel as if people are just not taking the time to listen to the words that are coming out of my mouth.  Am I too soft spoken as some people say that they can't hear me, or do they just choose not to hear me.  Because I hear myself in my ears and yeah I'm not a blow horn, but crap I know what I'm saying and I don't mumble or stutter or anything, you should be able to freaking understand me.  Period.
--------
Every Monday - no joke.  I do this every single day actually, I wake up and as I go do my daily routine in the morning, the first thing I think is I'm so tired.  Tomorrow I will go to sleep early, I will get the rest that i really need.  I will do what I have to do early and go to sleep early.  Do I ever do this, NOPE! I go to sleep around 1 or later and I wake up around 5.  Yeah I know you can do the math, on the weekend I get at least 2 more hours of sleep but that's it per day.  I'm tired you know, but there just aren't enough days in the week and hours in the days, and seconds in a minute to get everything I want accomplished.
--------
Peace and Quite - I'm not sure I know what this means anymore!  Do you? Please can you describe it so I can live vicariously through you?  Thank you in advance! Ha.

Ramblings

So this morning I wake up and my alarm is going off, and all I think to myself is why in the world is my alarm going off?  I look at my phone (cause yes that's my alarm) and see that it says Friday, I'm like crushed.  I thought it was Saturday.  Seriously and literally crushed!  Drag myself out of bed and get ready for work.  I really honest to you know who thought it was Saturday.  Do you know how disappointing it is to only find out or should I say finally figure out that it's only Friday.  Ugh, I thought the week was over.

Oh well .... life goes on.

.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

I've been tangling again, tangling what is that?  It's the art of doodle hehe.  Well technically it is:
tangling - present participle of tan·gle (Verb)Verb: 1.Twist together into a confused mass.

There is this great website that will give you ideas called Tangled Patterns.  I love this website there are just endless ideas and thoughts.  Anyway here are the recent two that I created.  Something I do when I have the time and some peace and quiet which is not too often, but often enough if that makes sense.

.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.
I'm really enjoying sharing bits and pieces of my life with the blog world that is not book related and I hope you enjoy them as well.  Even if no one reads them I still feel good about sharing because as I tell my daughter - sharing is caring!

I'm off to do a review now hehe back to books you know how it is!
How about you?  Any Ramblings you feel like sharing today?

Random Ramblings

Cakes:
This past week I made Cupcakes two times and I made a cake for some one's birthday.  Mind you I don't get paid for this because it's for Family and Friends.  But the more I keep doing them I'm thinking I'm going to start having to charge LOL.  But I know I won't be able to do it, I can suggest a donation maybe for all my time and effort.  Here are some of my recent cakes.

The last one is actually made out of fondant that I had to blend to get that Leopard affect for a friend who loves anything leopard print, can't deny I'm in Jersey hahahah.  I have two cakes I need to make at the end of the month and it's gonna be a doozy.  Need to get those ideas flowing ... which leads me to my next rambling along the same lines...

Party Planning:
If I had enough capital to back me up I would totally start party planning.  I love it.  Getting ideas, searching for the best bargains, looking for places to have parties at.  Everything, I wish I could do this for a living.  Right now I'm planning or helping plan my friends baby shower and I'm relishing in it. Especially the baby stuff because my youngest just turned 2 in May so I'm drooling all over the baby stuff, but that still doesn't make me want to have another one LOL.  Anyway I was contemplating it on my way to work this morning how much I love doing it.  How much I wish I could get paid to do it.  I mean I think my party ideas are pretty good and they turn out nice.  The cakes too most of the time lol.  Again I'm not a professional by a long shot but I can get by for sure!

Work:
It's hard every day is a new day and high school never ends.  I know you know what I mean.  There's always that one person who is always right, a bully, the popular one, the loud one, the quiet one, the d-bag a little bit of everything. High school really never ends we just call it the work place now LOL.  Every day is a challenge, and sometimes it's a good one and sometimes it's not.  Lately more than the other.  What do you do when that happens though, where do you find the balance?  Especially when things just aren't the same anymore?

Random Ramblings

50 Shades of Gray:
So I haven't read this series yet, but I know many who have and many who haven't.  But I could not believe what I heard this morning on my ride to work - well I could believe it but still you know.  Apparently there is a Baby boom that is a direct result of reading 50 Shades.  How funny is that, maybe people are acting out their fantasies or other things lol.  I think that's too funny.  Have you read the book?  What do you think can it cause a baby boom?

Olympics:
This is on at my house 24 hours a day practically (or at least when I'm there and not working), and I love it.  I watched the Fab Five get a Gold, Michael Phelps make history with the most medals (more to come cross fingers), beach volleyball and the American teams winning. Iy's a beautiful thing.  I really wish I could watch some of the other sports but they are never highlighted in the night time showing.  Well it's still early in the games too we still have a long way to go and I can't wait for Track & Field.  Apparently one of the US team members went to my high school (but he was like two years younger), but either way GOOD LUCK!!! I can't wait to watch it on TV.  I was telling my boyfriend last night on my bucket list I'm adding going to the Olympics as a spectator of course hehe, just once that's all I want.  Maybe it will be an epic day too.

Book vs Kindle:
Ok this is where I used to say book, but I'm at a loss as it is taking me much longer to read a physical book than it is to read a book on my kindle.  Because the kindle I can open it up anywhere really (even my phone) but the book it's hard to whip the book out and start reading it wherever you are so I tend to read on my Kindle much faster.  I never thought I would say that but it's so true.  I just got a book this week to review and I've been waiting for this book for a while and it's an actual book and it's taking me longer to get into it.  If I had the ebook reader version I might have been done with it already lol.  What do you think?  Do you feel the same way?

Ok enough of my ramblings for the week.  What do you feel like rambling on about?  Do you want me to ramble on about any topics?  Let me know what you think!

Have you ever wanted .... Superpowers

Sometimes I must admit I get frustrated with things.

Like right now.

There are just tooooo many books out there and I want to read them all but I can't read them all at the same time and I am in no way near close to a speed reader.  I definitely take my time reading and it doesn't help that I have constant interruptions all day long.  Whether it's work, kids, driving, errands, etc something is always interrupting me.  So today (only today because I'm sure tomorrow or next week I will change my mind) I wish I had the power to simply lay my hand on top of a book and poof the whole thing is in my memory and I have completely read the book through and through and can remember everything about it.  How amazing would that be?  How many books would you touch, oh toooo many out there.  Hmm and I'm going to kick it up a notch because in my super power world I will be at the book store running my fingers through the whole thing.  So when someone talks about a book I can say - oh yeah I've read that book and it was blah blah blah.  Ha could you imagine.  Am I being a little weird today - probably.  It's just this whole waiting on Wednesday it's making me crazy today (probably cause I don't really have anything to do here either-at work, well not much) and there are all these great books that people are waiting on and I actually have some of them but I can't get around to reading it because I have all these netgalley books, bea books, etc etc and books that I have been waiting for to personally read for myself and not enough time to read them all.

I think I just rambled - just a little bit.

just a little hehe.

So if you could have one super power RIGHT NOW for today only (or a week whatever because remember it might change next time) what would it be and why?  Do you wish you could read someones mind because they are troubling you?  Do you wish you could snap your fingers and appear somewhere else because you need a vacation THAT much? (I kind of like the sound of that one can I choose it for my next one lol)  What super power do you want right now?
